As a Lead Clinical Nurse, you can expect a diverse range of responsibilities, making each day unique.
Your duties will include driving best practices within our services, providing clinical insights when necessary, and supporting audits and subsequent action plans.
Additionally, you will collaborate with the newly appointed Head of Safeguarding on risk management and compliance matters, as well as contributing to new business initiatives and contract retention.
A hands-on approach will be important in this role, where your involvement will be vital when required.
For this position, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced nurse with a minimum of three years’ experience in the field or relevant transferable skills.
It is essential that you have prior experience in dealing with drug and alcohol issues and a clear understanding of the importance of providing high-quality services.
