Weston General Hospital, located in the charming seaside town of Weston-Super-Mare, is a highly desirable place to live and work.

Upon joining, you will be enrolled in our 12-month Preceptorship Programme, which utilizes a blended learning approach to support your transition from a student nurse to a confident and professional registered nurse.
During this period, you will be guided by a Preceptor—an experienced member of the nursing team—and other clinical team members to enhance your knowledge and skills.
All candidates undergo a Trust induction, and supernumerary periods of at least 2 weeks, with some areas offering longer periods, are provided.
